One of the aims of European research is to reduce the gap between men and women in Europe.
Following impressive progress regarding the pay gap, sexual harassment, and other signs of discrimination, gender equality still remains one of the most important subjects for the upcoming years in research, with the European new policy (Gender Equality Strategy for 2020-2025).
With innovative ideas, frontier research will allow us a deeper understanding of genders and will provide guidelines on how to improve equality among European citizens.
