72 companies in total will be awarded €314 million in grants by the European Innovation Council (EIC). Of this amount, 36 projects helping to fight the COVID-19 pandemic will get €166 million, and the rest of the projects working on the recovery plan for Europe helping to overcome the economic crisis are going to get €148 million. Not bad!
