The European Commission announces the opening of a call for projects within the Digital Energy Facility. This program is funded by the EU and implemented jointly with Agence française de Développement (AfD). This program focuses on startups and digital solutions in Africa.
The project’s main goal is to develop and integrate renewable energy sources and support universal access to energy in different parts of Africa. Startup companies and public utility companies in partnership with innovative technology or service providers can participate in the program.
The deadline for submitting an application is April 30, 2022.
