European Fund Management Consulting – EFMC – was founded by Raphaël de Vivans in 2014, following his career at the European Commission as an external auditor for the DG RTD. Based on the needs expressed by project partners themselves, EFMC was originally focused to support beneficiaries in the submission of their cost declaration and financial statements according to the requirements of the grant agreement. In 2015, EFMC started to deliver trainings, 2019 to enter the market of the proposal writing support and in 2023 to propose impact section support.

Established in Estonia, the company has grown since then, hiring many senior experts from different European countries who all have at least more than 15 years of experience. Today, EFMC has a strongly bound team of experts who meet regularly and are in constant contact to provide the best quality of support to Pillar 2 RIA/IA/CSA, ERC, MSCA, EIC and EIT current and future beneficiaries. But since the European Commission decided the harmonisation and standardisation between the grants so that beneficiaries can have a consistent interpretation of the rules, EFMC is also able to work with Euratom, CEF, Digital Europe, Space, EU4Health, Erasmus+, Justice, Creative Europe, LIFE, AMIF, ISF, EDF, Interreg….
