EFMC proposes now to take over the communication, dissemination and exploitation of your Horizon Europe project. If you would like to delegate some of the tasks to an external supplier, we will deliver the best quality possible. But EFMC can also manage the full work package when integrated in the consortium as a partner.
DISSEMINATION TASKS
- Dissemination Strategy Development
- Stakeholder Identification (academia, industry, policymakers, and the general public) and Engagement (meetings, workshops, and networking events)
- Scientific Publications (research papers in peer-reviewed journals, findings at scientific conferences and workshops).
- Project Website and Online Repository (website with accessible results and updates, online repository for project deliverables, publications, and datasets)

COMMUNICATION TASKS
- Communication Strategy Development Define the target audience, key messages, and communication objectives. Develop a detailed communication plan including timeline, tools, and channels.
- Branding and Identity (logo and visual identity, templates for documents, presentations, and reports.
- Website and Online Presence (social media)
- Press and Media Relations (press releases, press conferences and media briefings).
- Publications and Content Creation (newsletters, brochures, leaflets, posts, articles)
EXPLOITATION TASKS
- Exploitation Strategy Development
- Intellectual Property Management (Identify and protect IP, file patents, trademarks, or copyrights, develop IP management and sharing agreements among project partners.
- Market Analysis and Business Planning (market analysis to identify potential markets and customers. Develop business plans and models for commercializing project results.
- Technology Transfer and Licensing Facilitate technology transfer to industry partners or spin-off companies.
